Since 1986, organizations from all sectors have looked forward to this annual fundraising event. It's a great opportunity to network and have a great team-building time with your teammates playing challenging, fun games while raising funds for Outward Bound to #FutureProofYOUth.

Through the event of action, prizes and laughter, we aim to future proof your team, developing their future skills in resilience, confidence, compassion, social skills and environmental responsibility. It also provides a unique opportunity for the team to interact outside of office hours.

Colleagues and friends of the participating organisations are all welcome to join in and cheer on the teams in the form of a parade or cheer team competition to foster a friendly workplace relationship.

This year we are looking to recruit 50 teams with a fundraising target of $1,000,000. Proceeds will be used to support Outward Bound's work to #FutureProofYOUth by providing high quality outdoor experiential education to underprivileged youth, enabling them to discover and develop their potential to care for themselves, others and the world.
